I’ve always wanted to create a space where like-minded women can come together, to connect, challenge and support each other. I wanted to bring powerful women to create friendships and connections that uplift, empower and more importantly, encourage each other to start playing the game higher.
For a long time… I didn’t have anyone in my immediate circle that challenged me. I had the most ‘unrealistic’ goals, I was working towards something seemingly unattainable, and I was validated for the level I was at; “You’re doing so well.”
I realised how small I was playing based on what was normalised in my circle and made the decision to change that. I put myself in rooms with women who were 10 times further in their careers than I was, making 10 times more money than I was and at a level I dreamt of being.
Getting comfortable being the small fish in a big pond will be the catalyst for my growth and will continue to be.
One of the most powerful things you can do is find a circle that will challenge you not just support you.
